The Works Supervision department is responsible for several key tasks:

Organize kick-off meetings with teams.
Ensuring that all necessary permits and documentation are in place.
Monitoring and Control:

Carry out regular site visits.
Supervise work in progress to ensure compliance with plans.
Monitor supplies and use of materials.
Safety Management:

Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Organize safety training and briefings for teams.
Communication and Coordination:

Maintain effective communication with customers, architects, engineers and field crews.
Resolve conflicts and problems arising during work.
